1. Campaign Overview

The SHOP & WIN campaign is organized by Xpet to reward pet parents and loyal customers purchasing Brit, Carnilove, and Profine products. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these official Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign commences on 1 December 2026 and concludes on 28 February 2027. Only receipts for eligible purchases made within this period are valid for entry.

3. Participating Brands & Eligibility

All products under the following three participating brands are eligible with no minimum spending requirement:

• Brit
• Carnilove
• Profine

Open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above at the time of entry. Employees of Xpet, its affiliates, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate & Accumulate Spending

• Purchase any Brit, Carnilove, or Profine products from participating retail pet shops or official online stores in Malaysia.
• Visit the official SHOP & WIN campaign portal, register your details, and upload your purchase receipt.
• Participants may submit multiple valid receipts throughout the campaign period. Every verified eligible purchase contributes to your total accumulated spending.

5. Top Spender Rewards (79 Prizes)

At the end of the campaign period, the Top 79 Spenders with the highest verified accumulated spending will receive prizes based on their final ranking:

• Rank 1: Proton e.MAS 5 (Marble Cream)
• Ranks 2nd – 4th: Yamaha NVX ABS V3 (Blue / White / Yellow)
• Ranks 5th – 9th: Enabot EBO Mini Sport
• Ranks 10th – 19th: Levoit Vital Pet Pro
• Ranks 20th – 34th: Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain 2
• Ranks 35th – 49th: Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeder 2
• Ranks 50th – 59th: Brit 4 in 1 Pet Grooming Clipper
• Ranks 60th – 69th: Interactive Treat Puzzle Toy (Green)
• Ranks 70th – 79th: Interactive Treat Puzzle Toy (Blue)

Winners are selected strictly based on verified accumulated spending, not through a randomized lucky draw.

6. Monthly Carnilove Gift Box Rewards (90 Gift Boxes)

The first 30 eligible shoppers each month (December 2026: 30, January 2027: 30, February 2027: 30) who successfully submit a valid purchase receipt for any participating brand will receive a Carnilove Gift Box, subject to verification.

• No minimum spend required.
• Limited to one (1) Carnilove Gift Box per eligible participant per month.
• Monthly gift box recipients remain eligible for the Top Spender Rewards.

7. Verification & Important Notes

• Each receipt may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions will not be counted.
• Participants must retain their original physical purchase receipts for verification.
• For online purchases, participants must also retain their official Delivery Order (DO) for winner verification.
• Cancelled, refunded, or invalid purchases will be disqualified.
• All rewards are subject to eligibility verification by the organizer.
